Ma Foi K Pandia Rajan bags CII Award

In recognition of his exemplary contribution to information technology and technology-driven innovations in the sphere of Human Resources, Ma Foi Group and Randstad India Managing Director Mr. K.Pandia Rajan was conferred the coveted CII-Venture Connect 2009 Entrepreneurs award at a function in Chennai attended by Industry captains, peers and policymakers. Mr. Pandia Rajan received the award from Honourable Minister of State for Information & Communications Technology Mr. Sachin Pilot.
This award recognizes Mr. Pandia Rajan’s commitment in turning a ‘fly-by-night’ unorganised sector of human resource services into a burgeoning and credible industry. 
The eminent jury of Connect 2009 Awards bestowed the Connect 2009 Entrepreneurs Award to Mr. Pandia Rajan under the category of ICT Ecosystem for his dynamic and valuable contribution in creating an excellent ecosystem in the Information & Communication Technology Sector in Tamil Nadu as well as in India.

Ma Foi wins the prestigious Asia Pacific Quality Award 2008
 
Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., India's leading HR Service Provider, has won the prestigious "World Class Winner" at the Eighth International Asia Pacific Quality Awards 2008 held in Tehran on 24th August 2008. Ma Foi won this award in the 'Large Service Organizations' category and is one among four organizations from Asia-Pacific region that has been recognized as companies of world-class quality performance.
 
This Award recognizes Ma Foi as a leading corporate entity in the Asia-Pacific Region in the HR space. Acknowledging the award, 
 
The Award is based on the U.S Malcolm Baldridge Performance Excellence Award Model. Ma Foi was evaluated across seven categories that include role of leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource focus, process management and business results. The esteemed judging panel comprised of industry experts and quality experts from across the globe.
 
The Award is administered by "The Walter L. Hurd Foundation" established by the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO).

Ma Foi is awarded the IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award for Quality in the Services Sector
 
Ma Foi has been awarded the most prestigious IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award Trophy 2007 in the services sector, the highest Award for Quality in the services sector in India. Mr. K. Pandia Rajan, Managing Director, Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited and his team, received the Award from the Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, Government of India, Mr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia at the Awards Ceremony in Mumbai on 21st March 2008.
 
Among the few reputed Quality Awards, worldwide, the IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (RBNQA) has created a niche for itself and has become one of the most sought-after Awards in the country.
 
The Award has been named after the internationally famed Indian industrialist Shri Ramkrishna Bajaj who was extremely disciplined about the ethics in business, and espoused business self-regulation and promoted consumer welfare. The RBNQA Award is considered to be the Indian equivalent of the US Malcolm Baldridge Award. The criteria for RBNQA are on the same lines as that of the Malcolm Baldridge Award.
Instituted by Indian Merchants' Chamber (IMC) in 1997, the RBNQA criteria are being used by organizations across the country to evaluate their progress in performance.
 
Ma Foi was evaluated on the core values and concepts embodied in seven key categories spanning leadership, strategic planning customer & market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource focus, process management & business results.

Ma Foi awarded the CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence

Ma Foi bagged the CII Exim Bank Award at the Quality Summit held in Bangalore on the 1st Nov 2007. The Award acknowledged Ma Foi's strong commitment to business excellence.
 
The Confederation of Indian Industry and the Export Import Bank of India, jointly, instituted the CII- EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence, in the year 1994. It is recognized as one of the most prestigious awards in India for business excellence. The meticulous and stringent process of assessment follows the Business Excellence Model based on the European model for Total Quality Management, a global benchmark.
 
Out of 200 companies that applied for the CII-EXIM Business Excellence Award, 40 companies were short listed for a detailed site visit. Based on the assessment during the site visit, 25 companies were awarded the certification for 'Strong Commitment to Excel'. Infosys BPO and Ma Foi were the only two Service Companies that got selected.
