The Inception:
Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., was established by our founder Mr. Pandia
Rajan K in 1992 with a focus on recruitment and human resources services. Over the
years, Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd.,(Ma Foi) has evolved into an integrated human resources services company with

The Merger:
The year 2004 marked Ma Foi’s merger with the Vedior N.V. (www.vedior.com), a
€ 6.85 billion staffing company and the third largest in the world with 2,300 offices
in 44 countries spanning almost the whole of Europe, North America, Australia, New
Zealand, Asia, South America, Middle East, and Africa.

From being India’s largest HR services provider, Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., has grown by leaps and
bounds and emerged as a global one-stop shop for HR requirements. Today, the organization
has a strong global presence across Europe, Middle East, South Asia and Southeast

Ma Foi has retained its leadership in temp staffing with 22,410 deputees and emerged
as a preferred vendor for several US and Europe-based MNCs setting up their base
in India.
